This is the form to apply to be a Mentor for the Pre-Health Mentoring Initiative at Hunter College. In order to be eligible, you must be a student in good academic standing, in your sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate year, and be an active pre-health student at Hunter College. We also recommend having a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Pre-Health Students on all tracks who meet these requirements are encouraged to apply.
