  • Instructions:
    To apply for a Presidential Curricular Innovation Grant (CIG), please complete and submit this online cover page. At the end of this form you will be asked to attach (1) an abbreviated curriculum vitae for each participating faculty member, (2) a description of the proposed minor or certificate, (3) a detailed budget with a rationale; (4) a letter from each participating faculty member indicating their commitment to the project; and (5) letters of support from involved department chairs/program directors. Carefully review the CIG announcement for more information about the required application documents. This cover page and the attachments must be submitted online by 4:30 p.m., May 10, 2013. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
